Hi, my name is Allen Cone.

 

I’ve been leading worship at Christ First Ministries since September 2020 and been leading worship for fifteen plus years. As a young kid I’ve always loved to sing. Whether it was Sunday morning service, driving in my vehicle, or just around the house. I grew up attending church every Sunday with my parents. With my parents not caring how loud I was singing. They just kelp encouraging me to sing louder. A little over fifteen years ago the pastor and elders of Grace Community Church in Holly Pond, Alabama ask me if I would become the worship leader. Nervous at first but knowing I needed to use my talent for the glory of the Lord, I accepted. God blessed us for over thirteen years at Grace and eventually lead my family to a new church, Christ First Ministries.

In 1998, I married Sandi King, from Arab, Alabama, and about a year later we had our first child, Tyler. In 2003 we had our second child Dylan. As a family we love going to the beach, camping, going to worship concerts, and watching Alabama football (ROLL TIDE).
